COSTUMES:
When
is my costume due back?
This information will be on your
rental agreement. We typically rent by month.
When
do I pay for my costume?
Rentals are to be paid at the time
costumes are reserved. There are no cancellations or refunds. Exchanges, when
possible, are subject to a $15 exchange fee per appt. If you need the rental longer than
the period you initially rented it for, that is possible, but you must contact
us 1 week before the original end date of your rental agreement to extend, and
there will be additional charges.
What
should I do if I forget to return my costume?
Call us! Then bring it back soon. Late
returns may generate late fees. We’ll work with you to resolve
problems, but you have to call us first.

What
forms of payment do you accept?
We take credit card payments through STRIPE
What
does it cost if I damage the costume?
We know your costume has been worn before,
and we expect normal wear and tear. The condition upon rental is noted. But don’t worry about a lost button or a
broken zipper – just point it out so we can be sure to fix it. You are
responsible for replacement costs on unreturned or non-repairable items.
How
long will it take to pick up or return my costume?
Because
you’ve chosen your pieces online ahead of time, we will have them ready for you
on a rack, ready to take with you when you arrive for your appointment.
Can I
order a single costume online?
not at this time.

ALTERATIONS: Any alterations must be done with reversibility
in mind and performed with reasonable skill. NO CUTTING. If pins are used,
please remove them before return.

DO NOT remove, destroy, obscure or write over HARD LABEL
inside the piece. DO NOT tape over the HARD label.

MARKING: NO TAPE!!!! DO
NOT use any form of tape on clothing. Use pinned-in cloth or paper labels
or use a garment tagger gun to affix labels. Any labels you affix must be
removed before returning.

DO NOT write or mark inside or outside of the garment or
accessory.
·
Condition. DO NOT distress un-distressed pieces. This will
constitute destruction of the piece and you will be charged full replacement
cost.
·
Pieces should be returned in the same condition as rented.
You will be charged for cleaning/repairs not evident upon rental.
