ALTERATIONS - Any alterations must prioritize reversibility and be executed with reasonable skill. Cutting is strictly prohibited. If pins are used, kindly remove them before returning the costume.  

CONDITION - Avoid distressing un-distressed pieces, as this will be considered destruction and result in a charge for the full replacement cost.  

H.A.R.D. LABELS - Do not remove, destroy, obscure, or write over the H.A.R.D. label inside the piece. Avoid taping over the H.A.R.D. label.  

MARKING - Refrain from using any form of tape on clothing. Instead, utilize pinned-in cloth or paper labels or a garment tagger gun for affixing labels. Ensure any labels you attach are removed before returning. 

RETURN CONDITION - Return pieces in the same condition as rented. Charges may apply for cleaning/repairs not apparent at the time of the rental return. 

WRITING OR MARKING - Do not write or mark inside or outside the garment or accessory.
